There's been a black and brown Min Pin running around in South Minneapolis (mostly on 10th Ave. S between 38th and 39th Streets) for the past several days. I've spent hours trying to catch him, but he's too skittish. I would guess he's around 14-20 lbs and is NOT neutered. I'm really worried about him, because it's too cold for a little dog like this to be outside this long. I called Animal Control, but they couldn't catch him, either.
