My black/tan dachshund disappeared from the Hiawatha/Minnehaha Off Leash Dog Park. He was last seen heading toward the Mississippi River around 3 PM on Wednesday, Feb. 17th. He was wearing a black collar with reflective stitching, a rabies tag, and a name tag.
