Typical "Westie" puppie, 9 months old, white coarse hair (not styled); body length about 16 inches, a little over a foot tall at the ears. about 16 lbs. Black eyes and nose. Very friendly and unafraid of strangers, lots of energy. Answers to "Scarlett". Last seen wearing a dark blue bark collar. No other collar. She and her "brother" got out and ran away near 36th and Park in Minneapolis.
